Application Proccess

👋 Thank you for your interest in applying for the I4SUD program. The application will ask for basic information about your professional and entrepreneurial experience, to upload your academic CV, and for short essays (200-300 words) on your commercialization project idea and career goals.

The link below will lead you to the interest form. You will receive an email with a link to complete the full application.

Applications are open until June 30, 2024. The team will look at applications twice - once, mid-May and then beginning of July to accept a maximum of 30 participants to the inaugural cohort. We will select participants based on their contribution to the diversity of the cohort, commitment to pursuing their idea, a clear articulation of (a) the problem they are trying to solve in the SUD space, (b) their idea and (c) the potential impact of their idea, especially on social determinants of healthLet's Get Started
